Quick Contactsが表示されるようになりました。今のところhttpsのURLだとchatできないのですね。
Gmail's chat features are currently available to a limited set of users, but we're actively rolling them out in stages so they'll be available for all Gmail users as soon as possible. For now, the Gmail chat features are available through the US English interface only, and you'll need to use a supported browser. Also, make sure you're using http:// when you log in -- chat in Gmail doesn't work in https://.
Once the chat features have been enabled in your Gmail account, you'll see a Quick Contacts list along the left side of your inbox.
