Oil Change

It is told that car oil should be changed twice a year. It has been half a year since the last car inspection of mine and will soon be the next time. I bought my car with an optional maintenance package including oil change for three years and have been notified of every timing. It is now expired and I have to plan the maintenance by myself.

Here is the price list from my service company and I'm thinking if it is reasonable or this is a chance to find the alternative.
